Aveley FC were established in 1927, Playing in local leagues until world war 2. After this they competed in a number of competitions such as the Athenian, Delphian and London leagues before eventually joining the isthmian league in 1973. They have resided in the North Division since 2011-12 after suffering relegation from the Premier Division.
Aveley suffered a tough start to the season, Losing 3 of their first 5 games of the season, Results picked up over the course of the season including an unbeaten February where they collected wins against Romford, Cheshunt and Potters Bar. After finishing in 14th position last season, they will definitely be looking to improve and push up the table in the 2018-19 season.
Aveley welcomed Barking to Parkside Stadium on November 13th and slipped to a 1-0 defeat. A goal from Kiernan Hughes-Mason was enough to see Barking leave with all 3 points.

After residing at Millfield Stadium since 1952, Aveley made the move to Parkside for the 2017/18 season. Parkside boasts some of the best facilities in the Bostik North, with an artificial pitch, two seated stands on either side of the ground as well as covered terraces behind each goal.More information can be found here.
